TERMS OF USE

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between J.A.O CORP d/b/a Labelin ("Labelin") and "you" means the person or entity either accessing www.labelin.us ("Site") or purchasing the printing services offered through the Site ("Services"). You must be old enough to have a valid credit card and enter into a legally binding contract to use the Services and buy Items. You may need to create a user account on the Site to access or use various functionality. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of these credentials, and you are responsible for all use of the Services occurring under your credentials.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL

We reserve the right at our sole discretion to deny, or cancel any orders that are submitted to us, whether through the Site or otherwise, and can reject orders or Artwork without giving our reason for doing so.

PURCHASES

To purchase Items, you must follow the instructions on the Site and pay us the fees stated in the order process. The charges made to your credit card will show up as "J.A.O. CORPORATION" You hereby authorize us to charge your credit card the stated amount for the Services at the time you order Services. Stated fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. We use a third-party credit card processor. We will collect and remit sales tax if required by applicable law.

REFUND POLICY

If there is an issue with your order, let us know within 30 days of receiving your products. Sometimes we might request a photo or further instructions before reproducing an order. Damage or misprints may occur. Because each order is custom made, we will evaluate each case individually and if elegible, we will provide a full refund.

ORDERS LOST OR DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY

We use shipping partners such as USPS, UPS and FEDEX to deliver your order to your door and sometimes situations come up that are out of our control. Please let us know within 30 days of the delivery date if your order arrived damaged or was lost in shipment.

PROOF

We will prepare and send you a digital proof via email before we reproduce your order. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your proof.

COLOR MATCHING

We print using CMYK and although our color quality is very good, it is not possible to reproduce color exactly as you see it on a screen. Therefore, we cannot offer 100% color matching. Also, we do not print Spot (Neon) colors. If we find this type of color in your artwork, our graphic experts will let you know. There are many factors that affect color and color appearance may shift slightly between runs. We cannot guarantee that your order will look exactly the same every single time.
