What file formats work?

Do PSD, EPS and Ai files work?
We accept these type of files, however, you must contact us before ordering.
What happens if I skip the “upload your art work”?
No problem, you can send it later. We will contact you after your order is submitted. please send it to orders@labelin.us
Do I get a proof before printing?
Yes, you will get a digital proof for approval before we print. If you requested changes or modifications to your artwork, we will not print before is approved. Take your time, you won’t be able to make changes to your order after confirmation.
Can you help me with my artwork?
Yes, we offer FREE add-ons and minor changes to your artwork. We can help you adding/editing your contact information, social media, change colors and even making small tweaks. From scratch ask for our Design Service.
How do I know the size?
(Width x Height). This means that if you are thinking of a 2”x1” rectangle, it will be 2” width by 1” height. Circles are measured by their Diameter.
What kind of materials do I need?
Please refer to the menu “Materials”, you will find a complete description of each.
What is the turnaround time?
Our production time vary and we always post how long it will take, production time starts after approval. Standard shipping is about 3-7 business day by USPS first class In rare cases, USPS has delays or loss of packages. Once a package leaves our hands, we are NOT responsible for shipping loss or delays. If you need your order rush I recommend using UPS.
What if my order took longer to arrive?
That is out of our hands, we cannot guarantee transit times.
Are waterproof labels good to be used as “bumper stickers”?
No, they are not “bumper stickers” for the car or windows because they don't have UV PROTECTION.
Do you match colors ?
The colors might vary slightly in each monitor so we can not guarantee that the color that you see in your monitor will be the same as the sticker.If your design has spot. neon or fluor colors, We CANNOT print them, instead we will replace for the matching CMYK.
